If you were lucky enough to go to DisneyWorld in Florida and meet Rockhopper, then congratulations! As Rockhopper give’s out FREE coin codes which unlock a latest background, the Rockhopper and Bambadee background! (Notice how it missed Bambadee’s trademark? The friendship bracelet!)
Many penguins believe Rockhopper will bring this background on his next visit, I personally believe that Rockhopper will bring Bambadee with him (seen above) and we must meet Bambadee for the new background (above) and meet Rockhopper for the old background (Rockhopper signed background.)

As i said in the post that is my GUESS, guesses are just ideas. CP will probably release it in either a Rockhopper visit or Treasure Book Series 3.
