the green duck is not for sale any more and everyone can be a green duck in 2007 at cp and non members cant buy a guitar
The Green Inflatable Duck was available at the Summer Kick Off party in 2007. It is still available, but only in Treasure Books. Non-Members can get the Keytar, and other Guitars through the Treasure Book.

The only Halloween stuff Non-Members can wear are either the free ones, or if they have unlocked them from a Treasure Book.

Only if they unlock it via Treasure Book, they cannot purchase a Skeleton Costume from a Penguin Styles catalogue.

what room is the treause book
The Treasure Book is on the Toys page of the Main CP site. You can ONLY access the Treasure Book if you have a code from a CP toy, if not, you can’t unlock anything.
